SFTP/API – Exports can be dropped on your or our sftp file server to enable SML automation. Nelly can even manage the data by applying rules to get the data into the required format or form. Quick and easy to setup and required little IT resources to be involved. API is often a next step to upgrade from the sftp approach. Using either method, data can be transferred into the Nelly system or exported from it.
If Nelly’s LMS is being utilised, then auto-triggering refresher content is BAU, however sftp or API links can enable Nelly to notify your in-house LMS to issue training content as required.
At any time, links can be added to a note for a question to enable the user to see the original training content; this is a very effective spaced learning process as it enables the brain to re-encode the information, complete with context and facilitate more effective future recall.
