Communicating the launch

We have a comprehensive process and effective collateral to fully support the launch of Clever Nelly in your business.

Your Account Director and Implementation Manager will walk your stakeholders through this process and help you map out a full communication plan. Here, we have included some additional ideas that have proven to be very successful alongside our standard plan.

  • Use Nelly images as Teams/Zoom backgrounds during implementation phase
  • Circulate Nelly images on TV screens in offices to generate interest and excitement
  • Add Nelly as a topic in your weekly management meetings to discuss and maintain visibility
  • Ensure good engagement by involving operational leaders in early phases
  • It is an excellent idea if the Nelly launch can be tied or linked to an existing successful initiative
  • Calendar sessions with your ops leaders once Nelly has launched to keep focus
  • Compelling story: works optimally with the attendance of the Senior Sponsor and someone else, be it the Project Lead/internal comms for that leader to bounce ideas off
  • It is critical to get clarity on objectives, drivers and ideally for your leaders to be getting the questions for review/oversight. This can be a game changer!
