Fixing engagement issues

  • Switch to points-based scoring for a different type of Clever Nelly experience. This method allows a user to earn points through answering questions correctly and aim for a ‘score’, removing the potential deflation of your score % dropping. This initiative will not fix an engagement problem in isolation of other changes.
