‘A picture paints a thousand words’
Clever Nelly allows images to be included into your questions which often brings a welcome break to seeing plain text and can also bring a question to life.
The use of images can be useful for a variety of question types – i.e. process flows, products, example customers comms, etc.
EDF recommendation: use images sparingly, approximately 20% of your question bank, to ensure the user is always drawn to the image.
You can also include an executive sponsored question where the image is the COO and once answered the note shows a quote from the COO thanking the user for their continued engagement and explaining the benefits we have already seen from our increased competency.
