Maintaining good engagement

Engagement is the most crucial factor for setting Clever Nelly up for success which is why we attach so much importance to it throughout your journey. Here are some tips to drive and maintain good engagement:

Ensure that:

  • You deliver the correct messaging from launch, including senior stakeholder. Your Account Director and Implementation Manager will support you with this
  • Regular communications post-launch – e.g., revisit and reinforce why Clever Nelly is in your business, what’s happened so far, transparency from senior people, and what their engagement is doing to positively impact business KPI’s
  • You keep questions fresh and relevant so prevent ‘Nelly fatigue’
  • Team Leaders and Managers are familiar with the Clever Nelly reporting dashboards to monitor and drive user engagement and participation and are doing so. Shadow of the leader is an important factor in high engagement customers.
  • Engagement is mandated and explain reasons as part of your initial and ongoing communication to your people. Share the benefits of participation and be clear on consequences of non-engagement. You already mandate the consumption of a number of training courses, Nelly questions should be no different to them.
