Consider how you would like to structure your groups and teams, as this will provide the output for your reporting.

Your users need to be structured in a helpful and logical way for you and your managers to clearly identify where any opportunities lie in the data.

We recommend placing your team leaders in their own teams which will allow them to easily view their direct reports data and receive engagement reports directly to their inbox.

Identify a process for reporting and tracking starters, movers, and leavers to ensure your admin is kept up to date and doesn’t negatively affect your engagements levels. Alternatively, you can consider automating this process via an API or SFTP to remove the need to use resource for this task. Talk to your Account Director for more information on this.
