# Delivery method

Clever Nelly questions can be delivered in a variety of ways - email, Microsoft Teams/Zoom, or our mobile app and the choice can depend on what best suits your environment. For example, if you have remote job roles, such as field engineers, our mobile app is perfect. Where possible, we would recommend starting your Clever Nelly journey using email as this method is proven in many of our successful deployment that have displayed high engagement from day 1.
