# Who should access reporting?

## We strongly encourage anyone with people or subject matter responsibility – team leaders, managers, L&D, senior figures – to have access to Clever Nelly reporting to continue driving improvement.

Depending on your culture, you may choose for your team leaders to purely concentrate on engagement for their team members or look further and use Clever Nelly data to inform individual coaching plans.

Anyone with wider Clever Nelly responsibility can dig deeper into the data to identify a variety of opportunities such as risks to your business and delve right into question level reporting analysis to drive improvement.
