Too many firms are sitting back, waiting on the next Dear CEO letter, the latest review or final guidance by the FCA before fundamentally addressing shortcomings in their approach to Consumer Duty.
In 2025, firms that deny that improvements to data and MI can be made, delay enhancements to fair value assessments or defend current approaches to vulnerable customers will only add risk back into the business and invite greater FCA scrutiny on their approach to Consumer Duty.
In this free 60-minute webinar, join Keith Richards, CEO of The Consumer Duty Alliance, and Adrian Harvey, CEO of Elephants Don’t Forget, to understand how and what your firm must do to get ahead of the FCA’s expectations in 2025.
Key discussion topics:
What will distinguish leading firms from ‘also-rans’ in their approach to the Duty in 2025?
How the FCA will test and assess how embedded Consumer Duty behaviours are across your firm over the next 12 months.
How firms, through compliance with the Duty, can unlock and realise quantifiable customer-led growth.
