To achieve the revised standards required, firms will need to ensure they are measuring and tracking customer outcomes throughout their journey, utilise relevant data to make improvements, and be prepared to report to the regulator on an annual basis. For many firms, this will mean enhancing their MI systems so that they are up to the task.  **Topics of discussion include:** - Developing actionable MI that meets the regulator’s expectations. - The key data considerations firms need to take to measure and monitor the delivery of the Duty outcomes. - How to harness technology to assess, test, understand and evidence the outcomes your customers are receiving. - How firms will monitor outcomes for different groups of customers, including those in vulnerable circumstances.
